Podcasts have became a huge part of my life since March 2017 when I decided to give up TV for month. I listen to them in morning when I walk my dogs, while I clean, when I’m driving in the car, sometimes when I’m eating, and recently while I walk on the treadmill. So pretty much anytime I’m not engaging in deep work.

What I love about podcasts is that you can listen and learn while you do other things. I think it’s important to consistently feed your brain information any way you can. Plus, podcasts can be just as entertaining as TV, if not more, when they’re done right. So I want to share with you podcasts that I think are doing it right.

Maybe you’re like me and you love podcasts so you’re looking for new shows to check out. Or maybe you haven’t listened to a single episode and you’re wondering what the buzz is all about.

Below are my podcast recommendations for fashion & beauty, blogging & social media, spirituality, women-specific, self-improvement, news & politics, business, society & culture, and brain food.

I have included the show descriptions so you can see what they’re all about in one place and some of my favorite episodes. You can click the images or links and they will take you directly to the podcast in iTunes as well as the specific episodes listed. Have fun exploring, hope you enjoy!
